Frequently Asked Questions
Being removed from the liquid nitrogen container, the cell freezing tubes may burst occasionally. So how to avoid this?

What should be pay attention to when using the cell freezing tubes?

Before putting the freezing tubes into the liquid nitrogen container, please make sure that the cap has been screwed in place (it is right to feel obvious resistance, do not exert excessive force to cause screw tooth deformation). The volume of frozen liquid should be less than 90% of the working volume of the freezing tubes. For example, the volume of liquid in the 2 mL freezing tube should be less than 1.8 mL.
