The Bio-Reaction Tube with Septum is a type of bio-reaction tube that enables direct liquid adding or sampling using a injection needle without the need to remove the cap. The Bio-Reaction Tube with Septum from JET BIOFIL features a silicone pierceable septum added on the basis of the vent cap. The pierceable septum is designed with a cross-shaped slit that can be closed repeatedly, allowing multiple piercing while maintaining excellent sealing. This enables direct liquid adding or sampling without removing the cap, reducing contamination risk and making it compatible with automated liquid-handling stations in labs.
